borders pottery and glass fair
The haining House, Selkirk
sat-sun October 10-11. 10.30am till 4pm.
Pottery North's first Pottery and Glass event in the Scottish Borders takes place at The Haining House in Selkirk.
The Borders Pottery and Glass Fair will be joined by around 20 potters, ceramicists and glass makers at this beautiful Scottish house, showcasing a wide range of creations, from functional to more sculptural items.
The Haining country house and estate dates from the 1790s and in 2009 the almost derelict house and grounds were bequeathed to The Haining Charitable Trust which now manages the estate for the benefit of the people of Selkirkshire and the wider public. The Trust is working on refurbishing and developing the building as a centre for exhibitions and events, highlighting art, culture and history.
Meet our Exhibitors
We have just launched Pottery North and lined up two new events for 2026 - one at Ellingham Hall in Northumberland in September and this one The Haining, at Selkirk in the Scottish Borders. We are aiming to have around 20 exhibitors at each, and we'd love to hear from you if you fancy joining us.
